Sam is from Houston, Texas. Her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Healthcare from Walden University. She is a skillful Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience. SAM has a certification in crucial conversations and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She is passionate about preparing children to go out into the world on their own. She believes that every child should be given a fair chance and an opportunity to achieve their dreams. As the old adage says “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” Mrs. Alridge-Moore lives in Houston, Texas with her husband of 17 years, where they love on their four children, two dogs and two cats. SAM is excited to bring her plethora of skillsets to LID Foundation to contribute to the foundations success in making life-long differences to underserved children, to help them build their confidence, lay-out a blueprint for their future, and guiding them in implementing their plan so they may become strong and positive members of society and their communities. She is a huge advocate of self-care, likes to rollerblade, and loves outdoor activities and believes that every child should be told on a daily basis that they are Amazing, Beautiful and Brilliant!
