Terry Sanders grew up in Wichita, Kansas. Mr. Sanders is an Executive Vice President at Aimbridge Hospitality where he helps the company grow their portfolio globally through mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Aimbridge, Sanders served as Chief Development Officer, Americas of Radisson Hotel Group (formerly Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group), where he lead, built, and delivered development and growth strategies for the company. During his tenure, he also managed strategic investments and spearheaded mergers and acquisitions activity related to portfolio growth. Sanders is a 25-year veteran of the hotel industry. Prior to his time with Radisson, he served as a Senior Broker at Avison Young in Dallas, Texas and as a partner at Hotel Assets Group. Prior to that, he held various positions at Wyndham Hotel Group for nearly 15 years, where he was SVP of Development for franchised and managed hotels in the U.S. and Western Canada. Before joining Wyndham, Sanders was a partner at DDS Capital Group. He began his hotel career in 1997 as a Franchise Sales Director with HFS, Inc., which later became Cendant. When not working in his executive role, Terry enjoys mentoring youth to help them realize their full potential. He lives in Frisco, Texas with his wife Robyn. Mr. Sanders brings a unique perspective to LID Foundation, and is excited to share his guidance on building a long-term successful career through hard work, perseverance, and increasingly responsible roles along the corporate ladder.
