Let's Get Ready

There are eight course categories you and your mentee will engage in and have fun navigating together. Six of the categories are each facet of wellbeing the MAP Program is based on. The courses start with an introduction and end with the creation of a MindfulActivePurposeful Living Plan.

With our re-imagined approach to wellbeing you will also learn what the greats like Lebron James, Oprah Winfrey, Tiger Woods and others do to create a life well lived. Check out this video below. It is a commercial for an app LeBron James uses.

We have always thought of the great athletes as the strongest, the fittest, chiseled to perfection. What is a strong body without a sound MIND? We are so focused on strength we forget to strengthen our focus. 

The MIND is like a muscle, the more you train it the stronger it becomes. While the great master the body the greatest master the MIND.

The root of all wellbeing is in the brain. The trunk is the mind, body, and spirit working together. The leaves and branches are how you interact in the world with purpose, socially, occupationally, and financially. The flower of wellbeing blooms when all parts work together.
