A Path to a Life Well Lived
Research from the foremost organizations and projects: Global Wellness Institute, National Wellness Institute, Human Genome Project, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Gallup, Global Happiness Index, are finding more straightforward actionable discoveries in health, wellness, and wellbeing. Wellbeing focuses on more than just physical and mental disease mitigation, which is the realm of health, it also focuses on more than proactively engaging in habits and behaviors that mitigate disease, which is the realm of wellness. Wellbeing is multi-faceted – a life well lived. Our program has six proven facets to a life well lived: body, financial, mind, occupation, safety and social, and spirit and social.

“I had the honor of taking part in the MAP Living Pilot Course. The MAP Living approach helped me with my migraines, helped me manage the stress of college through Covid-19, and other personal issues impacting my family life.”
Jaden WestSoftware Engineer, Microsoft Corporation
“The Arizona Center for African American Resources (AZCAAR) partnered with MAP Living on a program to bring holistic health and wellness to minorites in Arizona. The program was awarded a grant by the Women’s Giving Network. The holistic wellness program is offered to minorities around Arizona.”

Connie RobinsonPresident, AZCAAR
“The MAP Living Session was so beneficial. I am a social worker with a Master’s Degree. I wish I had engaged in a program such as this during my youth. After attending the MAP Living Session, I have a better approach for managing the stress of my job, and juggling being a wife and mother. I formerly worked for Evanston Township High School Based Health Clinic, outside of Chicago. I know a program such as this will benefit youth and their families, and/or foster parents.”
